We work with our individuals and their families to create person-centred programmes promoting choice and control to support emotional & physical wellbeing. We work together to find the right methods of communication for all the people we support.

The centre currently supports in the region of 75 people throughout the week, across five hubs. Our hubs have a team leader, senior support workers and care support staff ensuring each person is receiving excellent support and care.

We can meet individual dietary needs and accommodate specialist means of feeding. In addition, our staff are trained first aiders.Fnd out more about our food offering, here

We aim to deliver personal and individual support; our staff are well trained and highly motivated. Staff receive training in areas such as effective communication, using languages such as Makaton, up to date manual handling, equality and diversity, crisis prevention and intervention. The suitability of all staff to work with vulnerable adults is verified by reference to the Disclosure and Barring Service. Staff are organised into five diverse hubs with groups of up to fifteen service users per hub.
