About our Resource Centre Shop:
Our Resource Centre shop offers a wide choice of products to enhance the day to day life of people with visual impairment and other sensory related disabilities. Trained staff are able to offer guidance and support on all of the products on sale, from signature guides to mobile phone.
The Resource Centre Shop is based at our headquarters (address below) and our opening hours are 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (and we do not break for lunch!)
If you can't make it in person and would like to place a phone order, please note that the methods of payment are as follows:
- Cheque - Cheques should be made payable to "Focus Enterprises Limited" and sent with the order to Resource Centre Shop, 48 Woodville Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B17 9AT. Do not forget to include your name, address, telephone number and exactly what you want.
- Credit/Debit Card - Mastercard; Visa; Visa Electron and Solo are accepted. Cards can be used over the telephone (0121 478 5217).
- Postal Orders - please make any postal order payable as per cheques.
Please do not send any notes or coins in the post!
