Focus Birmingham

Our two residential homes continued to provide personal care to long standing residents. Our focus is always on ensuring dignity and privacy, in a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment. During the year a number of residents took holidays abroad, supported by care staff, whilst others visited friends and family locally, as well as attending social events, including dancing, music and day’s out at the seaside. The coming year will see us looking at upgrading both the homes, to improve the services available to residents, whilst also ensuring that we meet the standards required by inspectors and Social Services.
