As a member of our staff team of knowledgeable and caring experts, we will help you continue to develop your skills, and provide you with the satisfaction of undertaking challenging and vital work that makes positive changes to the lives of the people we support. Our charity HQ is based in Harborne, Birmingham. On-site we have a Low Vision Centre providing a comprehensive range of services enabling people to use their vision. From here we also run a programme of sight loss support services and multiple city-wide community engagement projects and activities. The site also hosts our Complex Needs Support Day Service which supports over 95 service users with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We also have a CQC registered supported living scheme in Kings Norton, Birmingham, consisting of 14 self-contained specially adapted living spaces for individuals with sight loss and complex needs.
