Perhaps the most fun way to help us is by doing something you enjoy to raise funds so we can continue to do the work we need to.

This can be a great way to improve staff morale and encourage further team working.

• Bake cakes and sell them to customers

• Dress up for a day

• Do off-jobs for colleagues
• Have a talent competition

• Hold a sponsored silence
